PLANS FOR GARAGES, TOWN CENTRE TAKEAWAY SHOP FRONT & HOUSE EXTENSION TO BE CONSIDERED BY BRIGG COUNCILLORS

Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will meet in the Angel Suite tonight (Monday, October 23), from 6.45am.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen to the discussions.
Latest planning applications to be considered by committee members include:

  • Replace six sectional garages with new ones on Horstead Avenue by Ongo Homes.
  • Erect extensions at 3 & 3A Engine Street and at 2 and 8 Eastfield Road (three separate applications).
  • Install a replacement shop front at 45 Wrawby Street (occupied by Marmaris Pizza).
Brigg Town Council may make comments and recommendations about planning applications in the town but decision-making is a matter for North Lincolnshire Council.
Meanwhile, and outside Brigg Town Council's remit, planning permission is being sought to erect a detached dwelling on land at  75 Scawby Road, Scawby Brook.
There is also an application to erect a single storey extension to the rear of the existing property and conversion of the attic space into living accommodation at 12 Brigg Road, Hibaldstow.
