BRIGG HERITAGE TALK ON PRISONER OF WAR CAMPS

Brigg Heritage Centre is inviting you to a talk about The Prisoner of War Camps of World War Two in Britain.
It will be given tomorrow - Thursday, September 7 - at the Buttercross, in the town centre, starting at 7.30pm.
The speaker will be Roger Thomas, military historian.
Tickets cost £5, including tea and coffee, and are available from Brigg Heritage Centre, in the Angel building, and at the Tourist Information Centre on the ground floor of the Buttercross.
Pingley Camp, on the outskirts of Brigg, held German and Italian prisoners.
