Plans to construct new homes near Brigg have been turned down.
Outline planning permission to erect two detached dwellings with detached garages has been refused by West Lindsey District Council.
The suggested site is land to the east of Kettleby Wood House, Bigby High Road, near Brigg.
Any person or company refused planning permission by a local authority may appeal against the decision if they wish.
