Permission is being sought to erect a detached chalet bungalow with detached garage within walking distance of Brigg.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the application for land to the rear of 179 Scawby Road, Scawby Brook.
The proposed location is not far from the King William IV pub/restaurant.
