FUN IN THE BANK HOLIDAY SUN AT BRIGG PUB BEER GARDENS

With hot weather forecast for the early part of the forthcoming May bank holiday weekend, people will be flocking to enjoy the beer gardens at Brigg town centre pubs.
The one behind Wetherspoon's White Horse is a renowned sun trap.
Also popular are the beer gardens at the White Hart and Nelthorpe Arms as they are alongside the cool waters of the Old River Ancholme.
The Britannia Inn's beer garden has been refurbished in recent months and features old pictures of Brigg.
The Black Bull has a sizeable beer garden adjoining its car park, as does the Woolpack.
The Bull even has palm trees and cabanas (cabins). Wooden shelters are also provided behind the Yarborough Hunt.
The Lord Nelson's is a well-established facility,  while one of the most used of all is at the Dying Gladiator.
There's also a courtyard at the Exchange where you can go to catch a bit of sun.
Take your pick!
