ANCHOLME RIVER FESTIVAL WILL DRAW CROWDS TO BRIGG

Make a note of the date of the Ancholme River Festival 2017  - a FREE Brigg event to enjoy.
The Ancholme River Trust's festival will be held on Saturday, May 27, from 10am.
Visit the Market Place and go on to take in visit events on/near the River Ancholme.
Attractions will include:

  • A chance to try canoeing, rowing and kayaking
  • Fishing
  • Cycling
  • A boat trip to Glanford Boat Club, on Island Carr, to join in its 'fun for all the family' weekend.

Also heavily involved in the River Festival will be Ancholme Rowing Club, off Manley Gardens (pedestrian entry from Bridge Street).
