This Brigg road sign from the A18 has ended up behind bars near the Monument roundabout.
It's been the wrong side of the metal railings for some days and we expect North Lincolnshire Council - the highway authority - to come along shortly and put the sign back in its rightful place to point the way for passing motorists at this busy location.

Behind bars, eh, Nige old bean...perhaps it's been hanging around too long that it's taken to drink.....flat out, behind the bar, what a way to go!
