DRIVER AND PEDESTRIAN LOST IN BRIGG

In recent days we've been asked for assistance by people who'd lost their way in Brigg.
A taxi driver near the County Bridge was looking for the "cadets centre." We were able to redirect him to the centre, which is on Bridge Street, not far from the petrol station and turn off into Mill Lane.
A pedestrian approached us to say he was looking for the new health centre at 2 Market Place. He was in the Market Place at the time, close to the top of Cary Lane. Sadly, we weren't able to assist. Does anyone know of a new health facility that has opened in the town centre?
Could it be within the Angel complex?

I thought that Ladbrokes was 2, Market Place...the RSPCA charity shop at the rear is 2a..
However, I've recently heard of a private medical health centre/office relocating to the Market Place....from ?Barnetby..
The other possibility could be the community nurses base, the floor above the Heritage Centre.
The taxi driver could have used his sat-nav to close in on the cadet centre...
