BRIGG LINES TRAINS TO CARRY MORE PASSENGERS

It is likely that more carriages will be available to Brigg train passengers on Saturday (June 25).
This is because of large crowds attending Armed Forces Day in Cleethorpes, which will run from 10am to 10pm.
Rail campaigner Paul Johnson tell us that Northern Rail will be "strengthening" all the Brigg line trains to cope with demand.
East Midland Trains are running extra trains along the Lincoln-Market Rasen-Cleethorpes line and First TransPennine Express will be operating a shuttle service between Grimsby Town station and Cleethorpes.
View details of what's on and where on Armed Forces Day in Cleethorpes.
Saturdays only, you can get an eastbound train from Brigg to Barnetby, Grimsby and Cleethorpes, and a westbound one from Brigg to Kirton, Gainsborough, Retford and Sheffield.
