THE COST OF SPENDING A PENNY IN BRIGG

Brigg Town Council will continue to fund the cost of spending a penny in the town centre.
It has renewed an agreement with North Lincolnshire Council, which operates the Cary Lane public conveniences, adjoining the bus station.
Brigg Town Council will pay £775 to ensure the conveniences are opened specially on Sundays and on four bank holidays during the year.
This agreement with the North Lincolnshire unitary authority has been in place for a number of years.

Without it the toilets would remain closed.
