ADRIAN GIBBONS MEMORIAL MATCH AT BRIGG TOWN FC

A game in memory of Adrian Gibbons, well-known Brigg teacher, footballer, quiz master and family man will be held at Brigg Town Football Club's Hawthorns ground today.
Jon Taylor, one of the organisers of the match, told Brigg Blog: "After the success of last year's charity football match in memory of Gibb we will be once again raising money for the British Heart Foundation on Sunday May 1st to remember a great friend and colleague.
"The game will be a 3pm KO and will be made up of Old Briggensians and ex- Brigg Town players.  All are welcome to support the event and to donate to a great cause to remember a Brigg legend."
Gibb played for Brigg Town and for Briggensians FC, based at Sir John Nelthorpe School, where he was a long-serving teacher.
Please go down to the ground today and give generously.
