SCHOOL REUNION BEING PLANNED IN BRIGG

Simon Church, who emigrated to Australia many years ago, is organising a Brigg school reunion.
"Choz" is now seeking expressions of interest for his get-together, to be held during July 2017.
The exact date and location will be confirmed later.
He says: "Anyone interested in helping organise this event, please contact me by email at simon@churchosborne.com.au
"Although this scheduled reunion is initially for those students who were at Brigg Grammar School/Sir John Nelthorpe School from 1975 to 1982, many students in the years 'above' and 'below' who are friends, team-mates and acquaintances, are welcome to join us and help bring 'Old Briggensians' together. Please help spread the word."
If you are on Facebook, keep track of reunion progress and declare your intention to attend by visiting  Briggensian 35 Year School Reunion Class of 1982
NF adds: Simon, who lived in Barnetby, played cricket for Brigg Town.  He's been back to see us a few times since going to live Down-Under. Just to explain the BGS/SJN reference for the benefit of those non-Briggensians, the Grammar (founded through Sir John Nelthorpe's will in 1669) ended in 1976, to be replaced by the comprehensive that is still going strong today.
