Planning permission is being sought to make changes at the site which once housed Trent Foods in Brigg.
Our picture is a few years old - hence the absence of cars, as there's been a sales outlet here for some years.
Permission is being sought for change of use from mixed warehouse, office and car sales to mixed retail, warehouse, offices and car sales, including partial demolition. The location is 2 Ancholme Way.
Brigg Town Council has raised no objections and the application now goes forward to the North Lincolnshire unitary authority for a final decision.
