CLEAN FOR THE QUEEN IN BRIGG TOWN CENTRE

Further to our earlier post about Brigg Town Council signing up to the Clean for the Queen campaign (part of the 90th birthday celebrations), we've been sent information about another initiative in the town.
There will be a  Clean for the Queen event on Saturday, 5th March. Meet 10am at the Buttercross, in the Market Place. Volunteers needed! Litter picking equipment will be provided
This is being organised by the Campaign to Protect Rural England (Northern Lincolnshire)
The group says: "Show you care about your environment and be part of a national event."
Our thanks go to Coun Jane Kitching for the information.
