Brigg Town's Deputy Mayor, Coun Ann Earley, has praised the road and drainage improvements on Almond Grove.
Ann, who lives at No 30, said the contractors undertook their work with great efficiency, which was very much appreciated by residents.
Almond Grove is the first road in a more on-going and comprehensive programme to replace the ageing and cracked concrete road surfaces and drainage systems of the Newlands Estate.
"Almond Grove is a prime example of excellent contractor's understanding of householders' needs," adds Coun Ann, "and the planned improvements will greatly enhance the estate."
Work has now started on Birch Avenue.
