Supporting the Saturdays-only train service along the ‘Brigg Line’, catch the train to Barnetby for a delightful 7 mile linear walk along public footpaths around Barnetby then across to Wrawby windmill, to finish in Brigg.
Train depart : Sheffield 08.03, Gainsborough Central 08.55, Kirton Lindsey 09.10, Brigg 09.18 to BARNETBY. OR depart Grimsby 09.08, Habrough 09.30 to BARNETBY.
Walk starts at 9.45am from Barnetby station.
At the end of the walk in BRIGG, catch the 15.50 train to Kirton Lindsey, Gainsborough Central and all stations to Sheffield. OR 17.20 train to Barnetby, Habrough, Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
All welcome. Walk is free but fares apply. Wear suitable clothing & footwear. Bring a packed lunch & drink. Organised by the Lincolnshire Ramblers and Penistone Line Partnership.
