KARAOKE KING ENTERTAINS AT BRIGG PUB

There was a whole lot of karaoke going on down at the Britannia pub in Brigg on Saturday night.
Such sessions are always enjoyed in this Wrawby Street hostelry - by the singers and the audience.
Darren Skipworth, pictured here, did his rendition of UB40's rendition of Elvis "The King's" (I Can't Help) Falling In Love With You.
Darren followed it up with Spirit In the Sky, though someone of more senior years had to tell him that the song didn't originate with Doctor And The Medics. It was a 1969/1970 smash for singer-songwriter Norman Greenbaum.

Darren's singing went down well with the punters.
We hope to bring you more Kings (and Queens) of the Karaoke at the Britannia, and perhaps other Brigg venues, in the coming months.
