BRIGG LANDMARK HELPING TO SELL LAND

Brigg Buttercross is almost 200 years old and has enjoyed a number of uses.
However, advertising land and property is a recent development.
This picture does not show an estate agent’s window, it was taken at the Buttercross (the side nearest to Bigby Street).
North Lincolnshire Council has a range of “surplus to requirements” buildings and this is a good spot to advertise their availability, in view of the high number of people who pass through the town centre.

A plot of land in Colton Street, Brigg, is included in the current display. It can be used for house-building, subject to planning approval.
