BRIGG BAD BEHAVIOUR COMPLAINTS

Coun Carl Sherwood told Brigg Town Council's latest meeting that a lot of complaints were being received about anti-social behaviour in the Bigby Street area, and that things were being monitored.
Giving a monthly update on various topics in his role as a member of the cabinet at North Lincolnshire  Council, Coun Carl said new benches and bins were gradually being installed in the town centre. And at that point he issued a request to those who smoke in the town centre: Having finished a cigarette, please do NOT leave the fag-end on top of the nearest litter bin.
"It looks really bad," said Coun Carl. "Put it in the bin!"
He went on to report complaints received about the untidy state of a small area of land opposite Sir John  Nelthorpe School, off Grammar School Road. This had been raised with the landowner.
