Plans have been lodged to build two new homes - another indication of our town's popularity as a place to live.
The dwellings are proposed for land in Princes Street - between the last terraced house (No 5) and the rear of Clarence House. The site is directly opposite the rear of the former Clinic.
The applicant, and her agent, are both from Doncaster.
The two-storey homes are earmarked to be built on "the same footprint as the previously demolished houses," North Lincolnshire Council planners have been told.
Brigg Town Council will be consulted prior to North Lincs making a final decision on this application.
