Brigg Blog took this picture the other day in Queen Street where workmen were busy loading contents from the former Coleman's Restaurant building into a van. This is a clear indication that new use is on its way at this prominent town centre building which has been closed for many months. The tiles on the roof have also been replaced in recent weeks. There is planning permission to create retail units on the site.
