CAN BRIGG TOWN CENTRE HAVE ITS BOLLARD BACK, MISTER?

Didn't there used to be a bollard here to deter drivers from taking a short cut into pedestrianised Brigg town centre? We've written so many times about the constant flouting of regulations with seemingly very little by way of punishment being dished out that you must be fed up reading about this topic.  Recently we saw a vehicle parked in Wrawby Street in the morning and it was still there in the afternoon. Yet those who fail to get a ticket in the main car park had better watch out for parking enforcement officers.

Don't know the whereabouts of the bollard, Nige.....but the bollard did appear to be one that was removable (?officially).....have, in the past, spotted folks removing/replacing the bollard to allow various vehicles to egress the area to park/unload.....it was always wobbly!!
