North Lincolnshire Council is looking to sell off surplus land on Grammar School Road, Brigg, where the Red Cross hut stood until its demolition. The freehold guide price is £105,000 and the overall site is about 0.2 acres.
The council says there is no planning permission. "However, informal discussions with planners have indicated that residential development is likely to be supported on the site."
