The Angel Suite in Brigg - managed by the Town Council - has long been used for a wide range of purposes, including meetings and functions. Now it is becoming increasingly favoured for funeral wakes.
This was revealed to councillors during a committee meeting held on Wednesday night (December 11).
Angel Suite manager Karen Deeley said people appreciated the private venue and competitively priced food available. With arrangements being undertaken by herself and the funeral directors, it helped alleviate the pressure on families at such a difficult time.
