Outline planning permission in Brigg is being sought to erect a single storey dwelling (all matters reserved for subsequent approval) on land at Glanford Court (rear of 43 and 45 Grammar School Road).
The application came up for consideration by Brigg Town Council's Planning and Environment Committee earlier this week during a meeting in the Angel Suite.
No objections were raised and a decision on the application will be made, in due course, by North Lincolnshire Council - the local planning authority.
