Brigg town councillors will consider two planning applications at a meeting in the Angel Suite next Wednesday (August 7) from 7.15pm.
- Advertisement Consent to display one illuminated sign.
Horsefair Paddock,
- Planning permission to demolish eight garages and replace with eight new ones. Block of garages adjacent to 16, South View Avenue
This meeting is open to interested members of the public. Entry to the Angel on the night will be via the conservatory-like building near the main car park.
Any comments Brigg Town Council's Planning and Environment Committee may have about applications are passed on to the North Lincolnshire unitary authority, which has the final say on whether to grant permission and to attach any conditions.

I assume that the sign will be externally illuminated - as it's in the Brigg Conservation Area.....which reminds me of another sign...The Capri Pizza place applied retrospective to keep an internally illuminated sign - this was rejected by NLC - Capri appealed - but this seems like nearly a year ago - What's happened since?
