Tesco should consider paying North Lincolnshire Council to send their street sweeper to tidy up litter near Spring's Parade, Coun Mike Campion has suggested. He said it would be "common sense" for the retail giant to do so, and he hoped Tesco would agree, litter being "as present as ever" in this area of town..
Tesco acquired the old Lidl store but has since announced that it does not intend to proceed with building a planned new store on the site..
