KUMON OPEN EVENT AT BRIGG LIBRARY

There will be great fun to be had at the Kumon Brigg Open Event which is being held at the new Brigg Library in the Angel Suite on Saturday, June 9th.
Any parents and children interested to find out more about the Kumon maths and English programmes are welcome to attend. For the children there will be prizes to be won in the ‘Kumon numberboard’ and ‘Guess the number of objects in the jar’ competitions.
The Kumon Instructor, Craig Cook, of the Brigg Study Centre said: “We are looking to make Kumon available to as many students as possible but realise many people don’t know what Kumon is. That’s why we’re holding the event to allow interested parties to drop in and meet the instructor, ask questions and find out more.”
The event, which takes place between 10.00am and 12.00noon, will be attended by the Town Mayor, Councillor Carl Sherwood, and Lady Mayoress, Miss Louise Mikkonen, who will be dropping in to share the fun. They will also present certificates and medals to some of the high-achieving Kumon students attending the Open Event.
