SUPPORT FOR BRIGG FACTORY EXTENSION

Brigg Town Council's Planning and Environment Committee considered the latest applications for development at its meeting on Monday night in the Angel Suite.
In each case, a final decision on whether to grant permission rests with North Lincolnshire Council, as the planning authority.
The town council raised no objection to:

  • First floor extension, 10 Sunningdale Avenue.
  • Rebuilding part of existing single storey extension, first floor rear extension and new bay window, 48 Albert Street.
  • Factory extension, Rocal Ltd, Atherton Way
  • Non-material amendment relating to reducing the size of approved extension, 29 Bigby High Road.

The application for the extension to Rocal's premises, prompted Coun Penny Smith to comment: "We need industry."
