Much work has been going on in recent months, under the chairmanship of Coun the Rev Alec Depledge, to draw up the first Brigg Community-Led Plan, at the instigation of Brigg Town Council. This is a blueprint for how townsfolk want to see our community develop in the future and a draft report will be unveiled on Monday. The latest meeting, involving councillors and members of the public working on the Plan was held on Thursday night and proved very interesting. Even Brigg Blog managed a few small contributions to the debate!
Don't miss the Annual Brigg Town Meeting, which starts at 7.30am in the Angel Suite. All members of the public are welcome to attend. You can raise any topic of interest to you and hear various progress reports relating to the past year in Brigg.
