PLEASE HELP WITH TOMORROW'S BRIGG CLEAN-UP

By Coun Ben Nobbs, Brigg Town Mayor

In anticipation of the Brigg Spring Clean, the Air Cadets came along to the Millennium Green last night (Thursday) and gave a helping hand.
They picked the area clear of litter and then got stuck in on clearing the paths which were starting to become overgrown. It is amazing how much can be done in a short time when people get involved with enthusiasm.
Well done and many thanks to each and everyone and to all the adults involved - Officers, North Lincolnshire Council staff, Brigg Town Council members and staff, and Chris of the Millennium Green Committee.
If anyone is willing to help the main Spring Clean Event, it is tomorrow (Saturday - May 21st). Meet at 10am at the Angel Car Park.
Town Clerk Jeanette Woollard adds: "On Saturday there will be two sessions - between 10am and 12 noon and 2pm-4pm along the riverside."
