These attractive railings which we consider to be in keeping with the Conservation Area have gone up at the Cedars – the large detached building on Bigby Road, close to the Monument – which is being converted into offices.
This building has enjoyed various uses down the decades, including private house, doctors’ surgery and health clinic.
