Just received written confirmation from Josie Webb, chairman of Brigg Amateur Social Historians, that I'll be guest speaker at the group's meeting on Tuesday, November 2 - the subject this time being The History of the Scunthorpe Telegraph. Venue is Brigg Servicemen's Club (8pm). Free admission - all welcome. Make a diary note now, folks!

He is results secretary of the Lincolnshire County Cricket League, chairman of the Broughton Evening League and supplies cricket content for the Scunthorpe Telegraph, the Grimsby Telegraph and the Lincolnshire Echo. He's missing again!
Hasn't been heard from since last Friday.
The last time Nige went missing like this, he came back in a manic state reporting on the new Sergeants brew.
Could he have found a new source of this beer? That could explain the present situation....but why hasn't he told the rest of us about it?
....now Monday! AWOL for 2 and half days!
