Being greeted by snow was a surprise for overnight revellers leaving the warmth of Brigg pubs to trudge home after seeing in the New Year.
Lots of fireworks to greet the arrival of 2010. Great fun for residents but not so welcome for the town's doggy fraternity, many being scared stiff by the loud bangs.
Maybe that will result in a run on carpet cleaners at Brian's DIY and Wilkinson's.
